Are you passionate about community engagement and supporting volunteers? The Latino Community Association (LCA) is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator Assistant to help strengthen our volunteer program and support our mission of serving the Latino community in Central Oregon.
Role Overview
As a Volunteer Coordinator Assistant, you will work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to help organize volunteer efforts, support event planning, and ensure our volunteers have a positive and meaningful experience with LCA.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating volunteers for events and programs
Support communication with volunteers (email, phone, or text)
Help with event planning and logistics
Welcome and assist volunteers during events or activities
Help track volunteer participation and support volunteer engagement
Time Commitment
Flexible depending on availability. Opportunities may include office support, administrative tasks, and occasional event support.
