We’re excited to share that LCA is launching monthly volunteer orientations to make it easier than ever to get involved and stay connected!
Our first virtual Volunteer Orientation of the year will take place on February 23 from 12:00–1:00 PM. Additional virtual orientations are scheduled for March 23 and April 27, also from 12:00–1:00 PM.
These sessions are open to new volunteers as well as returning or recurring volunteers who would like a refresher or want to learn more about LCA’s work.
During each session, participants will:
Learn more about LCA’s mission and values
Get an overview of our programs and services
Explore different volunteer opportunities
Learn how volunteers can best support LCA and their community
Ask questions and connect with staff
Whether you’re brand new to volunteering with LCA or have been involved before and want to re-engage, this orientation is a great way to build knowledge, confidence, and connection.
